Southwest Vacation horrible wait times to cancel flight and reschedule. I was informed by customee service after placed a hold for long periods of time and having family members to call also to cancel flight before the flight.

When i finally got through to customer service i was told flight was cancel and that i could reschedule. In an attempt to reschedule placed on hold for long period of times to reach a specialized dept that i was informed i need to speak with. Horrible wait time. Finally spoke to someone day after flight late that afternoon.

I was told flight listed as no show when i was told the day of flight it was cancel in order for me to reschedule knowing that possible fees could be imposed to make changes.

Staff told me there was no information documented of my call cancelling flight therefore could not use ticket and new ticket had to be purchase . Falsification miscommunication and horrible customer service experience
